When we have a clearer grasp of our attachment style (Secure, Anxious, Avoidant or Disorganized) we can then begin to recognize patterns in ourselves or others which will ultimately help us heal. Through corrective emotional experiences, learning to self-regulate and communicate effectively, our relationships become more connected, more meaningful and more fulfilling.
